Howdy!

Greeting's from McAllen, Texas! We made it safely through the red eye flight and have been swimming and sleeping all day getting rested up for tomorrow's trip. It's super muggy here but luckily we have air conditioning at the Day Spring base. We have to be packed and at breakfast by 7:30 a.m. and then we'll start our 7-8 hour car ride into to Mexico. Roger Tomlinson has told us we will be able to update our post daily so come check it out! We will be having three different team members each day write a little something so you'll be able to see everyone's points of view throughout the trip. We'll be using the Day Spring blog from now on so follow the link below.

Saturday, August 21 - The team went over to Kyle and Emi's (Pert's friend) new house to do yardwork. We had a fun working together and it was a great team building event!
